Volunteer Pick Up
Job Description: Drive Golf Carts to Pick Up STEM Tent Volunteers and VIP Chalet Volunteers

VIP Pick Up
Job Description: Drive Golf Carts to Pick UP VIP Sponsors 
Responsible to fill up all golf carts at 5:30pm to prepare for Sunday 
(15) Golf Carts

• 15 people
• 8:00am – 6:00pm 

Food Runners 
Job Description: Drive Utility Carts to Gate to meet F&B providers, deliver food to VIP Chalet
(2) Utility Carts

• 4 people
• 9:00am – 2:00pm

Job Description: Set Up Chairs for spectator viewing
Pick up trash from tables / sanitize as needed
Remove trash from barrels and take to dumpster

Cold Truck Runners 
Job Description: Restock Ice at Beverage Center 
Manage Beverage and Beer Supply (50% Saturday, 50% Sunday)
Trash Dumpster Management

Grill Team
Job Description: Assist grill masters with unpackaging product, trash, and running food to buffet lines
