Private Organization Opportunity

The Air Show Master Concessionaire, San Francisco Puff-n-Stuff, is seeking volunteer private organizations to support their workforce as a fundraiser for the upcoming Tinker Air Show on 28 & 29 June, featuring the USAF THUNDERBIRDS!

How to Apply

Interested groups should apply directly with the Master Concessionaire by filling out the attached form (Airshow Private Org Vol 2025) and emailing directly to: Events@puffsandstuff.com with a CC to cathy.clarkfleck@us.af.mil.

Compensation Details

The amount paid to the organization is based on the number of personnel worked and the hours worked each day—calculated as 10% of sales less sales taxes.

Private Organizations working for the Novelty or other portions of the Master Concessionaire will earn $12 per hour.

All payments will be mailed to the Private Organization from the Master Concessionaire after the air show (please ensure the form is filled out with the correct address).

Food Booths & Training

After signing up for food booths, Private Organization leads working food booths are required to attend one of the 72 MDG Food Handler Training sessions. This 30–60 minute training course is held every Thursday at 0900 at the 72 MDG Facility (2nd floor next to Immunizations at Public Health). Please sign up via email at: courtney.l.ballard4.mil@health.mil. There will also be a meeting with the Master Concessionaire and Leads of Private Organizations on Thursday or Friday prior to the air show.

Off-Base Organizations

Off-base private organizations will need to submit Entry Authorization by agreeing to a background check to be allowed on base. (Please complete an Excel spreadsheet listing participants in alphabetical order by last name, including full name, date of birth, Driver’s License* (state of issuance) *Real ID, and full 9-digit SSN.) For privacy, you can encrypt the email or password-protect the document and send a separate email with the password.
